The on-site consultation is $250. We walk the property together, discuss your goals, identify opportunities, and outline clear next steps before you make larger decisions.
Intentional Design starts at $2,500. A detailed design fee proposal is prepared after the consultation, based on the size, complexity, and scope of your property.
Kennedy James focuses on consulting, design direction, and protecting the integrity of the plan. When needed, we connect clients with preferred trades and can support installation meetings on an hourly basis.
We are based in Carleton Place and work with homeowners across Eastern Ontario and the Ottawa Valley.
A sense of what is and is not working outdoors is enough. Photos, inspiration, surveys, or past plans are helpful, but not required for the first conversation.
